Following a BA degree in English and a JD degree from Seton Hall Law School, Dexter practiced law for over 25 years with a primary emphasis in the field of Real Estate Law. Since relocating to the Lake George area, Dexter, as an Associate Broker, works primarily from the Bolton Landing and Lake Placid offices.

His spare time has included serving as a Trustee of the Chapman Historical Museum in Glens Falls, where he also served as Treasurer and Chairman of the Annual Golf Outing. In addition, he serves on the Advisory Board of the Blake Sports Group, a sports management company representing PGA Tour players.

Besides a passion for golf, Dexter also enjoys collecting American paintings and Native American art.
