This is the only island on Silver Lake- It's about 100 yards offshore from the deeded right of way where you can out your dock. The water and sandy bottom here is some of the best you'll find anywhere and boating, swimming, fishing and hiking are just some of the fun things to do. There are two other lots available adjacent to the right of way for someone who wants a mainland home or boathouse too. The Whiteface Mtn Ski Area and Lake Placid are less than 1/2 hour away.
