March 14th, 2010	Select Sotheby's International Realty Announces Lake George Office On May 1st, 2010, the Lake George Gallery for Select Sotheby's International Realty will open at 4587 Lakeshore Drive in Bolton Landing, NY. This will be third regional location for the firm and provides the comprehensive regional coverage throughout the Adirondacks.
November 17th, 2009	Concierge Auctions to Host Real Estate Auction of Adirondack Retreat on Lake George, New York on December 5 Luxury auction firm, Concierge Auctions to partner with Select Sotheby's International Realty in the sale of a unique Lake George waterfront property. The auction will take place on December 5, 2009 with a starting bid of $1 million.
November 17th, 2009	Select Sotheby's International Realty agent achieves NAR's Green Designation On Novembe 17th, 2009, Corey Iaria acheived the first National Association of Realtors Green Designation in the Adirondack Park.
October 26th, 2009	Select Sotheby's International Realty Welcomes Town and Country Properties and Estates Town and Country Property and Estates joins Select Sotheby's International Realty. This is a merging of two leading luxury firms in Saratoga Springs that prides themselves on providing their clients with the utmost in service and experience.
September 9th, 2009	Select Sotheby's International Realty Anounces New Hire Zealie Van Raalt joins Select Sotheby's International Realty and brings with him 40 years of specialized sales and marketing experience.

January, 2009	Saratoga Sotheby’s International Realty changes name to open doors to Broader Market As of January 7, 2009, Saratoga Sotheby's International Realty changes its name to Select Sotheby's International Realty. This is a result of growth across northern and central New York and the need for a unilaterally recognized name.
