East Side
The historic Eat Side of Saratoga Springs is a pleasant residential area with about 400 structures.
Made up of George, Henry, East, and North streets, Saratoga’s east-side showcases an architectural medley.
Between Circular St. and Nelson Ave, you can find homes set close to the sidewalk on relatively small lots.
More grandiose Victorian style homes can be found on Spring, Court, and George Streets in addition to Nelson and York Avenues.
On the east side of town exists many intriguing narrow alleyways that run behind homes and were designed to provide access to the carriage houses. Many of these carriage houses remain and have been converted into charming dwellings.
One of the most attractive element of the East Side is that is lays within walking distance of both the Saratoga Race Track and the Saratoga Downtown area. Residents and tourists alike are appealed to the accessibility of the area.

A residential neighborhood within the city of Saratoga Springs, New York, Geyser Crest has a suburban feel and is separated from downtown Saratoga Springs by Geyser Road and Route 50.

Water’s Edge / Woodlands
Located on the west side of Saratoga Lake is the beautiful Water’s Edge/ Woodlands development.
Built in place of the historic Kaydeross Park after being closed in 1987, this development, was separated into single family homes and town homes.
